Return policy
Set your store-wide return window. This is the number of days after delivery during which a customer can raise a return request.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Returns enabled | Toggle returns on or off for your entire store |
| Return window | Days after delivery the customer has to request a return (e.g. 7) |

Per-product override
Individual products can have a shorter or longer return window, or returns disabled entirely. Set this in the Pricing tab of any product.
