Order statuses
Order statuses tell you and your customer where the order is in the fulfilment process.
| Status | What it means | Customer can cancel? |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Order placed, awaiting your confirmation | Yes (by default) |
| Confirmed | You've confirmed the order | Yes (by default) |
| Processing | You're preparing or packing the order | No (by default) |
| Shipped | Order handed to courier | No |
| Delivered | Order received by customer | No |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled by customer or merchant | — |

Cancellation cutoff
By default, customers can cancel up to the 'Confirmed' status. You can change this in Settings → Cancellation Policy, or override it per product in the Pricing tab.
