Cancellation policy
Set the latest order status at which customers can cancel their order. This is your store-wide default and applies to all products unless overridden.
| Cutoff status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending only | Customer can only cancel before you confirm the order |
| Up to Confirmed | Customer can cancel until you start processing (default) |
| Up to Processing | Customer can cancel until the order ships |
| Up to Shipped | Customer can cancel until it's out for delivery |

Per-product override
Individual products can have stricter (or no) cancellation. For example, a custom-engraved item can be set to 'Not allowed'. Set this in the Pricing tab of any product.
