Per-product policies

Every product can override the store-wide COD, return, and cancellation policies. This is set in the Pricing tab when creating or editing a product.

COD override

By default each product inherits your store-wide COD setting. You can override it per product to always allow or always block COD regardless of your global setting.

Return window override

Set a custom return window for a specific product — for example, 3 days for a perishable item when your store default is 7 days. Set to 'Not allowed' to block returns on that product entirely.

Cancellation override

Override the cancellation cutoff for a specific product. Options: Not allowed, Pending only, Up to Confirmed, Up to Processing, Up to Shipped. When an order has multiple products, the strictest rule wins.
