Stock management

Zabr tracks stock at the variant level and automatically decrements it when orders are placed. Stock is restored if an order is cancelled.

How stock works

• Simple products: one stock count for the whole product
• Colour variants: stock tracked per colour
• Colour + size: stock tracked per colour × size combination
• Custom variants: stock tracked per option
• When any variant hits 0, that option shows as 'Out of stock' on the product page
• When all variants hit 0, the product shows as 'Out of stock'

Inventory drawer

Click the chart icon on any product in your product list to open the Inventory modal. This shows you total units sold, remaining stock broken down by every variant, your policy overrides for that product, and recent customer purchase history.

Low stock warnings

Stock cells turn yellow when 5 or fewer units remain, and red when stock hits 0. This applies inside the Inventory modal and on the product list.
