Terms of Use

By creating an account on Zabr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Zabr platform.

These terms apply to all merchants who use Zabr to create and operate online stores. They do not govern the relationship between merchants and their customers — that is the merchant's responsibility.

Zabr provides software-as-a-service tools that allow merchants to create and operate online stores. Zabr is the platform provider, not a marketplace. Each store is operated independently by the merchant.

Zabr grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes, subject to these terms and your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with unauthorised parties.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Zabr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be using false information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Zabr account.

You may use Zabr only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to:

• Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods • Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your products • Violate intellectual property rights of others • Send unsolicited communications (spam) • Attempt to breach the security of the platform or other accounts

Zabr reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these restrictions.

Zabr charges a flat monthly subscription fee based on your plan. Details of current pricing are available at zabr.in/pricing.

Zabr does not take a commission on your sales. All revenue from customer purchases goes directly to you via your configured payment gateway.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period. Zabr does not issue prorated refunds except as described in the Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Zabr — product images, descriptions, logos, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant Zabr a licence to host and display it as part of operating your store.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

Zabr collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including informing your customers about how their data is used.

Customer data collected through your store belongs to you and your customers. Zabr processes it only to operate the platform on your behalf.

Zabr aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Support is provided via email for all plans. Response times vary by plan. Zabr is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime or service interruptions.

You may cancel your Zabr subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your store will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.

Zabr may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users.

Upon termination, you may export your data. Zabr will retain data for 30 days after termination before deletion.

Zabr's liability to you is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. Zabr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data loss.

The platform is provided "as is". Zabr makes no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Zabr may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
